Our History 

TK Remodeling & Renovations has been serving the Northland since 2009.

We are a family owned company with ties to the area we serve.  We are ICC Licensed and go through annual training.  We value our customers and take pride with working individually with each customer to provide a unique experience. 


Our Mission

 Our mission is to provide commercial and residential customers quality roofing and remodeling workmanship and service.  Our goal is to provide 100% customer satisfaction and to provide the best customized experience for our customers.  We strive to make our customers, suppliers, and team members feel like part of our family!

About the owner: Tom was born and raised in Kansas City.  Tom has over 15 years in the remodeling and roofing industry starting from when he was a teenager framing houses.  He took his love for construction and working with others and started TK Remodeling & Renovations in 2009.  He became ICC Licensed as a Class C Residential Contractor in Johnson County and attends classes each year to stay up to date on new codes and new products.  Tom has worked several storm disasters such as Hurricane Ivan, Hurricane Irene, and numerous hail storms across the Midwest.  

Tom loves animals and has 3 fur kids and enjoys participating in fundraisers to help save lives of Kansas City's homeless pets.


In Tom's free time he enjoys camping or spending time on the beach with his family.  He loves watching the Royals & Kansas City Chiefs!
